Not only this, but he additionally travelled to the property and took up to date photos for us, as we had only ever seen the house from agents photos. His English is first rate and he is extremely responsive and empathetic to any concerns or queries you might have; I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was urgently looking for a lawyer who could speak English but at the same time who was proficient in Bulgarian law. My matter was extremely important and therefore I wanted to look for the best Bulgarian lawyer for my task. I spoke to 3 lawyers however I was not very impressed with them. They either did not fully understand my instructions or were not transparent with their fees. I then picked up the phone and spoke to Mr Pavel Petkov.
